Camp Out for Kids 365 (COFK365) extends the impact of summer camp beyond the summer months. Through leadership development, athletics, mentorship, and community programming, COFK365 creates opportunities for young people to learn, grow, and belong all year long.
In partnership with Intentional Sports and the Humboldt Park Patriots, we're building pathways for youth to develop confidence, strengthen relationships, and discover their potential both on and off the field.
what is cofk365?
For many young people, camp is where confidence begins. It's where friendships are formed, leadership is discovered, and new possibilities take shape.
COFK365 was created to ensure those experiences don't end when summer does.
Originally launched as a leadership academy focused on personal growth and service, COFK365 has evolved into a year-round initiative that connects youth to athletics, mentorship, leadership development, and meaningful community experiences throughout the year.
Together with our partners, we're creating opportunities for young people to stay engaged, stay active, and continue building the skills that help them thrive both on and off the field.
